PAL Sports

Holy Rosary Catholic School proudly participates in the Parochial Athletic League (PAL), a unique program within the Diocese of Sacramento. PAL is a collaborative effort among diocesan schools to provide after-school sports opportunities for students in Grades 5–8.

Through PAL, students grow both athletically and personally—learning teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in a supportive, faith-centered environment. Participation also fosters friendships, builds confidence, and lays a foundation for future involvement in high school athletics.

Current Sports Offered: Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball, Golf

Volunteer Opportunities:
We are always open to expanding our program and welcome volunteer coaches for additional sports. If you're interested in supporting our student-athletes, please contact the school office.
