Parent Service Hours

At Holy Rosary Catholic School, families are asked to actively support our community by completing a minimum of 35 service hours each school year.

Breakdown of Service Hours

  • 5 Hours must be dedicated to the annual Fleur De Lis Auction.

  • 15 Hours must be completed through major school events such as the Fall Festival, Jingle & Mingle, and/or Crab Feed.

  • 15 Hours may be fulfilled in other approved areas. These include:

    • Field trip supervision

    • Classroom volunteering

    • Item donations requested by the office

    • Campus maintenance or clean-up days

    • Other school events or principal-approved activities

Unserved Hours
A penalty fee of $15.00 per hour will be invoiced at the end of the school year for any unserved parent hours.
